Push Mold Company Successfully Holds Labor and Skills Competitions

Recently, the Labor Union of Push Mold Company successfully organized three labor and skills competitions in technical design, assembly & polishing, and special machining centers. More than 110 employees actively participated, sparking a strong wave of enthusiasm for technical research and skill enhancement.

The competitions adhered to the principle of “based on real-world practice with a focus on hands-on operation,” closely integrating the contest with actual job roles. The technical innovation competition for technicians focused on design, programming, and process innovation. Designers such as Cao Wei skillfully utilized professional software, demonstrating solid expertise and strong mold design capabilities. The assembly, polishing, and special machining center competitions focused on key indicators such as part precision and qualification rates. A number of skilled employees, including Luo Youquan and Song Chunlu, stood out, setting benchmarks with their excellent craftsmanship and high-quality performance.

All participants demonstrated high morale and composure, showcasing a professional spirit of rigor and excellence. Judges conducted strict evaluations to ensure fairness and impartiality. The competitions fostered a strong atmosphere of “respecting skills and encouraging innovation,” further strengthening employees’ awareness of “quality first and teamwork,” and injecting new momentum of skilled talent into the company’s high-quality development.
